This contract was for the complete implementation of 3CX (& hosting) for our business. The job was made more difficult because I know nothing about VoIP or 3CX. Sometimes it’s hard to know who to hire on Upwork, and often we can only go by other peoples reviews to try & make the best informed decision we can. So I was incredibly lucky to have chosen Rakib. He had all the expertise required to understand my requirements, make suggestions and implement effectively. His communication skills (English) are prefect, and he also worked with other of my staff members to help test and answer their questions. He even did a small training video for us.
